Delivery and Return Policy
Shipping
- We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time after product preparation is 2 to 5 business days in the Peninsula. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may require additional time. - Shipping costs are included in the product price within the Peninsula.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped (if the shipping service allows it).
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
- To request a return, please email us at info@fluture.pro indicating the name of the person who placed the order and the reason for the return.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product that cannot be easily repaired by the customer.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
- If the damage is minor (cosmetic or easily repairable), the product is still usable, and it is not broken in its primary function, the customer will be compensated with a 25% refund based on the purchase value.
- Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted unless they have manufacturing defects.
